How to Start a Refund
First, we recommend creating a user account in order to keep track of your orders and more. Typically, this is already done when you registered.
- Log in and go to your “Account Page”
- Click on the “Orders” Tab
- Select the Order you want and click on “Refund”
- Follow the instructions then submit.
Course Payments & Refunds
You can cancel course enrollment for a full refund by giving written notice to the program instructor (via email) within 5 business days of the enrollment date and or commencement of the class. No refund shall be given after the commencement of the first class.
Once your refund is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
